What Shopify data does LedgerPass read?+
Only accounting-relevant data: orders, payments, fees, tax, tips, refunds and gift-card activity, used to compute daily totals. We don’t retain identifiable customer personal information.
Will it create duplicate entries?+
No. Processing is idempotent — each day is synced exactly once. Retries and re-runs never produce a duplicate journal entry.
What happens if I uninstall?+
Uninstalling LedgerPass from your Shopify store triggers deletion of your stored Shopify credentials. You can also email us to request full deletion at any time.
